Boundary Survey
The core of virtually every survey, The Boundary is performed to formally define the Boundaries and Property Corners of a parcel of land.
Tree Survey
Performed to locate trees on a given parcel of land. Typically only hard woods are located and the size is typically determined by the client.
Subdivision Land Development
From raw land to development many aspects of all of our services are used in the development and construction phases of constructing Subdivisions or Large Land Development Projects.
Topographical
Also known as a "Topo" and all about elevations, this survey shows the height, depth, size and location of any man made or natural features on a given parcel of land.
ALTA
A more advanced type of Boundary Survey which requires more detail in what is located. The strict standards are set by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
Construction
Land Title Survey
Performed to identify boundaries, improvements and utilities (easements) of a property which is used for the purpose of Title Insurance.
As-Built
Performed to show the current state of a property. Typically associated with Construction and executed post-construction for record, completion evaluation and payment purposes.
